Throughout her 30-year career, Patricia has been an adviser, counselor and coach to organizations and individuals. She has a deep understanding of the jobs that exist in organizations, what leaders need to do to succeed in those jobs, and how to select top talent. |

| Pat developed her assessment skills in a wide range of settings, including the US Department of the Army, New York City Board of Education, New York University Medical Center, New York Telephone, Bank of New York/Irving Trust Company, and Chrysler Capital Corporation. |
| In 1993, Pat formed her own practice in New Canaan, Conn. She consults with organizations about broad-based leadership development needs and provides one-on-one executive coaching and career counseling. |
| She has coached and consulted with clients in financial services, health care, telecommunications, law, information technology, manufacturing, consumer products, fashion, e-commerce and entrepreneurial ventures. Clients include Pitney Bowes Inc., Pitney Bowes Credit Corporation, Compass Business Development and US West Capital. |
| Pat holds a master’s degree in Counseling from New York University, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Barnard College. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Society for Human Resources Management. |
